More than a renovation, the Baronne Center is a strategic transformation of two, mostly vacant, existing office buildings and a parking structure that pre‐Katrina were part of a vital center of business for New Orleans. The redevelopment plan includes residential apartments, hotel and retail uses. The Baronne Center will open to a finish equivalent to new construction with costs significantly less expensive than new construction.
The time has come to bring these very important buildings back to life creating a revitalized urban landmark, Historic architecture and ambience with a vibrant 21st century outlook and appeal.
Baronne Center is a vertically integrated, mixed use redevelopment. The development team’s objective was to create a redevelopment plan to bring much needed jobs, housing and tourist facilities back to the New Orleans Central Business District.
