We at Mandahl Bay Holdings, Inc. wanted to share with you the progress we have made to date on our Port of Mandahl Project (POM). The POM Master Plan now incorporates 15 contiguous land parcels totaling 91 acres to create our exceptional coastal community. As the Master Plan for POM evolved it became even clearer how unique our Community Based Residential Development Concept is. With our six distinct residential products, from estate home sites to studio apartments, Marina and full service Town Center, we believe this development will be a touchstone for future environmentally sensitive and community based developments in coastal locations. To help preserve the reason we have come to St. Thomas and undertaking the responsibility to develop this exceptional property we have written extensive Design Guidelines for the homes to be built on the Estates and for each of the planned project components.
The Port of Mandahl is located on a secluded peninsula on the Great North Side of St. Thomas. This mid island property has unsurpassed “Down Island Views” and easy access to all the amenities and activities St. Thomas has to offer. Individually any of the various parcels were spectacular. However, now as a single master planned community they are beyond exceptional. The ultimate development plan with its 244 residential units, a 87 slip marina and supporting Town Center will provide a much needed new residential and marine based community, economic growth and permanent jobs for the Great North Side of St. Thomas.
We have divided this development into three major phases.
- Phase I is our Port of Mandahl Estates which are currently in sales.
- Phase II the Marina Village is currently in permitting
- Phase III the Hillside “Down Island Village” design is still being tweaked.
